I have been a military spouse for 17 years, and have 2 fantastically energetic kids. I have lived to tell the tales of our 7 military moves, including moving my husband overseas on 365 day short tour. We have both owned and rented at our assignments, so I have mastered the ability to notice if there is decent storage in a home. Having been an apartment manager and having managed my own houses, I have experience with tenants and land-lording.
