Hello! I am a proud Army spouse, mom, photographer, DeeOhGee owner and seasoned PCSer! I currently live in San Antonio and love being surrounded by military: Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, Lackland Air Force Base and Randolph Air Force Base. I have PCSd five times with my family, bought two homes, sold one, lived on and off military installations and am currently a cross country landlord.
There’s no doubt about it, moving is stressful but that’s where I come in! My goal is to help relieve some of the burden and unknowns about the San Antonio area, from the different posts to schools to neighborhoods. I look forward to helping take some of the stress out of your next PCS!

Carolyn was very communicative throughout the process and very receptive, flexible, and made herself available. I provided home details and photos through a shared drive, provided a checklist of items, and she met with the tenant to conduct her inspection and complete the tasks I had in a custom job she created for me.
Carolyn was awesome! She customized a project for getting our property ready before our PCS and was super thorough, thoughtful, honest, fast, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her services to anyone! thank you,
