Even after working with a fantastic realtor during our last PCS, we ended up finding our home through good, old-fashion, military spouse word of mouth! The house wasn't listed yet and one of my husband's future co-worker's wife heard that one of her friends got last-minute orders and needed to sell their house in 3 weeks! Well, they weren't even remotely ready to show or list the house, but they let us look and we knew it was "the one" the moment we stepped inside. The rest is history! We have been blessed to have had smooth transitions, thanks to a lot of help from our Army family. I am excited to be able to share some of that experience, and hopefully, I can help take some of the stress away from the process of PCSing and property management for other military families. We have lived in San Antonio, where we bought our first house and are now rental property owners, on-post at the United States Military Academy (my husband is a 2001 grad and my dad is Class of '69), and currently, in Colorado Springs, we again own a home (could it be our forever home?!). We live on Cheyenne Mountain, close to Ft. Carson and NORAD (Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station), but I am familiar with all areas of COS and would be happy to help those PCSing or managing properties near USAFA, Peterson AFB, Schriver AFB or even Buckley AFB. Review: Carrie is THE BEST! I only wish there were more stars than 5! She not only scouted out our home for us but gave us ideas and leads on other areas in Colorado Springs that also might work for us if the first home we were interested in didn't pan out. She handled everything regarding the viewing of the home seamlessly and even reached out to the current renter to coordinate a viewing time (so I didn't have to play appointment middle-man from afar.) Within hours of her visit to the prospective home, Carrie had sent me a full written report of all the details of the home and neighborhood, including two full photo albums of photos AND videos (which I had requested.) I really felt like I had been there to see it in person. She also followed up with a phone call where I was able to ask her any last questions about the neighborhood, home, and commute time to Carson (which she had timed for me!) Her help was invaluable in making our PCS cross-country to Colorado Springs a smooth transition. Thank you Carrie for your thorough, amazingly detailed-oriented scout work!!!

This service is a great tool. Carrie made the process very easy to do. The products were very straight forward and the quality of work was above and beyond what we expected. As well the turn around on service was very quick. I would definitely use this service again.
