Hello! My name is Chelsea. I am a licensed special education teacher, world traveler, and mom to a busy kindergartener. I grew up in a military family and then married into the military, so I have 34 years of combined experience with relocating to new areas, for a total of 10 moves (CONUS and OCONUS). My husband and I own both a townhouse in Kingstowne and a single-family home in Burke for the past 13 years. Since I am a homeowner and have also rented our property, I feel confident in advising other military families in the area. Chelsea was amazing. She was very responsive, organized and professional. On a super short notice we were able to arrange a same day showing of our apartment. Thanks to Chelsea, we have a signed lease only 4 days later :-)
