Hello! As a military spouse of 29 years, I would love to tell you Im a pro at the moving thing. There are many commonalities to moving, yet each move has unique challenges of its own. Over the years, I have learned to spot potential problems and discern the differences between a great and not so great future home. I can offer an unbiased description of a potential home in addition to the surrounding areas. I have experience as a landlord and currently, I am also a tenant in the Manhattan area. I have three kids, ages 24, 22 and 14. We have moved 12 times to include two moves overseas. As our kids get older and more involved with their friends, moving becomes more challenging with schools, sports and various activities.
