Originally from England, I have spent the last ten years getting to know the USA courtesy of the US Army and seven PCS moves! So far I think we have covered most of the significant USA climates from beautiful icy Alaska, lush green Washington state, humid Georgia, coastal Maryland, humid (again) Missouri and currently the surprisingly livable high desert of Arizona.
As a mother of four (not including numerous pets), I understand the importance of neighborhood, school districts, commute time and maybe even a sturdy fence!
I hope I can help you make your next PCS or rental property more manageable so you can get to living this military life. Oh, and should you ever need a sight unseen visit to a yarn store or bakery I am your goto person!
