Hello and thank you for considering me as your Scout. My name is Kerri and I am the proud spouse of a Marine who Just retired Sept 2017,after 30 years of active duty service . I have been a stay at home mom for the past 24 years to 4 wonderful and very active kids ranging in age from 24-13 years old. Prior to moving back stateside to North Carolina in June of 2013, our family spent 6 years years in Okinawa, Japan and are currently living about 25 miles east of Camp Lejeune, in Carteret County. I enjoy helping friends and family with their homes and rental properties, whether it's getting them ready to sell ,meeting a potential tenant to show the property, signing leases and handing over the keys, as well as doing a walk through when the home owner is not able to do it themselves. In 2002 we bought our first home in Virginia Beach, VA. while stationed on Camp Pendleton, Calif. After spending 5 years in Virginia Beach, we transferred to Okinawa in July of 2007 and our home has been a rental property ever since. I understand the challenges that come up as a home owner and landlord, as well as the challenges we face transitioning from one duty station to the next. I also understand the difficulties you face, not having family close by, as you try to settle into a new and unfamiliar place without the help of your family and friends. My family has lived on base, as well off base and we have enjoyed both. Trust me, I have been though it all and have had my share of PCS moves, having an extra set of eyes and ears to make your transition easier is my mission. As a Scout, I can assist you in several different services to put your mind at ease and to make your life a bit easier, from finding that perfect house, in the ideal neighborhood, as well as the schools that would best fit your families needs. If you have a rental and are in need of some services, to help you manage while you are out of the area, I can do that as well. I have an eye for detail, I am organized, and reliable, so please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.
