Charlene was very informative and reliable. She and her team went and inspected my home as a safety check. She informed my tenants of things they can be doing better and how the home can be move-out ready. Her inspection was detail-oriented and made me feel very comfortable as I currently am out of the country. I would choose Charlene over and over again!
