Hi, Tiffany. I am interested in using your services to conduct move in/out inspections as well as tenant showings for my property in Killeen.
I currently have a tenant in my duplex who is slated to move out 30SEP. I will need someone to do a move out inspection for him and also do showings prior to that move so that I can secure a new tenant. Once a new tenant is secured, I'd like to have you conduct a move in inspection and also give the tenant a new set of keys to the unit.
Based off of this information, how much would you charge and are you available for bundle options?
