You have selected a tenant. You need someone to hand them the keys, take photographs of the move-in condition, and ensure the tenant completes your move in checklist. Tenant is responsible for scanning and emailing move-in list.
Email me your preferred move in list (we have one in our workbook if you need one). I will walk through, note, and photograph any wear and tear or damages. Tenant will email you the completed move in checklist and photographs.
