Hello from Tampa/MacDill AFB. I am an active duty military spouse of 23 years with 2 military kids. I have worked in property management over the years as we have moved in the military. I have performed move in and move out inspections. I have experience working with countless vendors of all descriptions. I have purchased and rented homes throughout the years we have moved around the U.S. I have moved households 11 times. We are currently stationed at MacDill AFB living in the Lithia area. I would be glad to assist you with the areas in and around what is known as Fishhawk or Lithia, FL or downtown Tampa to Brandon, Brandon to Riverview/Apollo Beach, Brandon to Valrico and Valrico to Plant City. In addition, I can help current homeowners and potential homeowners/renters with their current and future properties in areas adjacent to Lithia. Riverview, Valrico, Bloomindale, Brandon or the greater Tampa area.
As of October 2020, we are in phase 3 of reopening businesses in Tampa Bay. I am available to do most jobs listings below while keeping in the Covid19 safety guidelines. Masks, shoe coverings if requested, hand sanitizer and wipe down of door handles and light switches upon exit.
