Hi, I’m Nicky! I’m an Army Spouse of 10+ years and mom to two bodacious kids. I’ve PCS’ed five times (CONUS and OCONUS), rented homes in four different states, lived in on-post communities, and endured the process of becoming homeowners. I wholeheartedly understand the complexities and anxiety that accompany any PCS and real estate search – especially when you’re signing on the dotted line sight unseen.
My goal as a Scout is to provide clients with professional-level support and reliable resources. I can help ease your transition into a new community by visiting potential rental properties and giving you helpful information about the neighborhood, schools, and answer all your burning questions. If you're a homeowner managing a property from afar I can be your on-site assistant for a multitude of tasks that will give you piece of mind and make your role as landlord a bit easier.
