Hello!

My name is Patience and I look forward to helping you with your property needs! I have been a Military Spouse for 15 years. My husband and I are both from Southeast Michigan. We met our Sophomore year of high school and fell in love 4 years later! We have been married for 14 years and have 3 amazing boys. We love the military and are so grateful for the life it has provided for us. It has not always been an easy ride, but we wouldn't trade it for the world.

Through our military travels we have lived at Ft. Bragg, NC for 3 years; Fort Carson, CO for 3 years; Fort Gordon, GA for 9 months; Fort Bliss, TX for 3.5 years; Fort Shafter, HI for 3 years; and now JBLM, WA since summer 2016. We have lived on post and off, always renting.

Now that we are here at JBLM, we live in the City of Yelm. We absolutely love it here. There is a small town feel with close proximity to JBLM, Lacey, and beautiful Mt Rainier. We love the schools here. I know how important it is to find a good school district that meets your family’s needs. Having your kids transition into a great school after the craziness of any kind of move is not only a peace of mind for you but most important for your child. I understand that 100%. We hope to buy a home here after retirement, so I love seeing all the different housing choices here.

I am a LuLaRoe consultant. I love fashion and I love working with people. Being a small business owner means I have to be self-sufficient and get things done on time. I have a large network of people in the area and across the county. I am very resourceful (as most military spouses are). I love volunteering and helping where I can. I also love hiking and we find new adventures every weekend. This state is amazing and the possibilities are endless! I love the weather here! We lived in sunshine-only states for over 6 years, so the variation in weather is a dream come true for us. Plus, being from Michigan, we like our seasons. Don't mind the rain, just get out there!
