Hey new friend! I am a Navy spouse, momma-bear to two little cubs, professional photographer, and retired special education teacher (not really.. just on hiatus)! I have PCSed numerous times (lets not count the moves), endured deployment, seen the ups and downs of military life... just like you! I enjoy the "hunt" of finding a new home, touring a new city and military installation, making new friends, and currently self-manage a rental property, while also being a tenant on a military base.

SO, WHY HIRE ME....?

Well first of all, I HAVE BEEN IN YOUR SHOES! Whether it is as a tenant or a landlord, living on base or living out in town... I have got your back. I am very detail oriented, a straight shooter, and an open, honest book. I have a total of 7+ years living in the Jacksonville, FL area, so I know this city (and the bases!), I know the different little pockets, I know the school systems, and I know how to cater to your unique set of needs. I truly look forward to help make life EASIER for your family.

What will I do as your scout? Well, I go the extra mile to get boots on the ground at any location that you cannot be. I am going to make sure I am your eyes and ears, giving you objective details that I know matter when making a decision. Whether it is scouting out a neighborhood and properties to give you the nitty-dritty details (how far is the bus stop, how are the side-walks, what do the neighboring yards look like, is their street noise, etc.) OR putting eyes on a property that you self-manage from afar (collecting the keys from tenants, allowing prospective tenants to tour the property, checking in on a roof repair, etc.) OR ensuring that cable is installed into your new home while you work, accepting your household goods (yep, we do go above and beyond), making sure the move-out cleaners really do leave it passing the white-glove test... the list goes on and on and on!
