Property Walk-Through: Move In or Move Out

Scenario 1: Your tenant is moving on and you have no idea what condition the house is in. You need someone to take photos/video and notate wear and tear or damages so you can make an assessment about the next step. The Scout will email you the completed move out checklist and detailed photos/video.
Scenario 2: You have selected a tenant. You need someone to hand them the keys, take photos and/or video of the move-in condition, and ensure the tenant completes your move-in checklist. Tenant is responsible for scanning and emailing the move-in list.
