Your tenant is moving on and you have no idea what condition the house is in. You need someone to take photos and video and notate wear and tear or damages so you can make an assessment about the next step. The Scout will email you the completed move out checklist and photographs/video (minimum of one photo per room will be provided).
Or You have selected a tenant. You need someone to hand them the keys, take photographs of the move-in condition and ensure the tenant completes your move in checklist (minimum of one photo per room will be provided). Tenant is responsible for scanning and emailing move-in list.
This listing is for one job, including one trip to the property. If you are in need of both services, please contact the Scout for bundled job pricing.
Hourly rate is based on total time it takes to get to the property from my location, perform the task, and drive back to my location. Ex: if your house is two hours away from my location, the total rate due will include the two hour drive to the house, the time it takes to complete the task, and the two hours it would take to get back to my location.
Scope of Scout Services: Scouts are not building inspectors or mold experts. They are military spouses or veterans just like you that can act as your eyes or nose when viewing a property. Scouts assisting in this transaction recommend that Clients each consult their own professional subject matter experts (ie: attorney, pest control expert, insurance advisor, contractor, home inspector, environmental/mold expert) should they have any questions within those fields about their impending transaction.
