You have selected a tenant. You need someone to hand them the keys, take photographs of the move-in condition and ensure the tenant completes your move in checklist. Tenant is responsible for scanning and emailing move-in list.
Email the Scout your preferred move in list (we have one in our workbook if you need one). The Scout will walk through note and photograph any wear and tear or damages. Tenant will email you the completed move in checklist and photographs.
