Property Walk Through - Move In or Out - Tenant Assistance
You have signed a lease for a new rental and have only seen the property online, and due to unforeseen circumstances you are now unable to be there at the designated date/time to complete the checklist....or...
You have scheduled your move out & walk thru inspection with your landlord, but find yourself in need of someone to 'stand in' for you to complete the move-out portion of your property checklist.
You need a professional to make unbiased, impartial observations and document the condition of a property, inside and out, while taking photos and video (if needed).
For Move-In Checklist/Walk Thru:
The Scout will conduct a thorough walk-through of the property, inside and outside, making note of and photographing any damages, wear, and areas of concern as detailed on the property condition form/move-in checklist. In most cases, the Scout is provided the blank form by the Tenant and will serve as Tenant Representative on the form. The Tenant will sign the form as well. If you need a checklist/property condition form, the Scout can provide it.
For Move-Out Checklist/Walk Thru:
The Scout will conduct a thorough walk-through of the property, inside and outside, making note of and photographing any damages, wear, and areas of concern as detailed on the property condition form/move-out checklist. In most cases, the tenant will have already used the same property condition form during their move-in walk through and inspection.
The Scout will email a copy of the completed checklist and make available photos/video for upload, online, within 24 hours of the walk thru, and mail the original copy of the checklist/property condition form to the tenant, if requested.
This listing is for one job, including one trip to the property.
